1. Purchase A New Satellite Device Online or Find A Dealer
Re-connecting your phone or device is as easy as calling the friendly Customer Care team on 1300 882 448 (Australia), or 0508 882 448 (New Zealand). You’ll need around 10 minutes, its usually as simple as completing a quick voice recording to confirm your re-connection and plan details. We can usually get your service up and running within the hour.

3. Set Up Call Forwarding
Set up automatic call forwarding to send your Pivotel Mobile calls to your satellite service when you’re outside of mobile coverage areas! If your mobile service is with Pivotel please call Customer Care on 1300 882 448. If your mobile service is with another provider please contact them for call forwarding instructions.

About The Pivotel Thuraya Big Bundle
The Pivotel Big Plan gives you $400 included value per month for satellite calls, SMS and data on your Thuraya satellite device.
Add on an optional Pivotel Mobile plan and get UNLIMITED standard national calls, SMS and up to 2GB of data while using your mobile service within coverage areas. This add-on gives you the Pivotel Big Bundle - a satellite plus a mobile plan on a single Pivotel account.
Give your contacts a single mobile number to contact you on, no matter where you are. Set up automatic call forwarding to send your mobile calls to your satellite service when you’re outside of mobile coverage areas.
Use the Pivotel Big Bundle with the Pivotel SatSleeve for seamless use of your smartphone – you can also access the Big Plan using any other Thuraya handset on the Pivotel network.

Prices include GST and are subject to change. Actual charges may vary on your statement as charges are rounded to the nearest cent before GST is included. Included call value excludes premium calls, calls to special numbers, IDD (international direct dial) calls and premium text. Data is billed in 10kB increments. 6 month minimum term applies. Standard call types exclude calls to premium numbers, video calls, international calls, satellite calls and other special service numbers. Standard text excludes premium text and video MMS. Data is charged at $5.00 per MB. 6 month minimum term applies. Pivotel may apply call barring where fraudulent use is suspected or for credit control purposes. You will receive a bill by email from Pivotel listing any payments you have made during the billing period, and a summary of your service usage to enable you to keep track of your overall service usage and monthly spend. Itemised billed and unbilled service usage is available in the secure Selfcare website at www.pivotel.com.au/selfcare. An itemised bill listing all of your service usage events is available on request. You may elect to receive a paper bill by post for an additional fee. Pivotel plans are available to credit approved customers only. Minimum cost over 6 months is $474 on the Pivotel Thuraya Big plan. You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pivotel bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill.
