The Cobham SAILOR® 4300 terminal is a compact and easy to install terminal that utilises the Iridium Certus® network to provide global connectivity for maritime users. The terminal supports voice and data connectivity to provide greater safety and efficiency through secure voice calling and reliable satellite data connectivity regardless of weather conditions or worldwide location.

Pivotel Iridium Certus Maritime plans use the Iridium Mobile Satellite Network. Satellite reception limitations and some exclusion zones apply. Visit www.pivotel.com.au/networks/iridium/ for a coverage map. An Iridium Certus terminal is required to access the Pivotel Iridium Certus Maritime service. A Maritime Mobile Security Identity (MMSI) must be provided upon provision of the service. All plans have a minimum contract term and change of plan is not allowed during the contract term. All calls are charged in 60 second increments unless otherwise stated. Any stated minute charges are to band 1 countries only (which includes Australia). Calls to higher bands may be at higher rates. Pivotel may apply call barring where fraudulent use is suspected, there is a breach of the Pivotel Incoming Calls Fair Use Policy or for credit control purposes. Data is charged in 1KB increments and minimum data session is 1KB. The VSAT Companion Service is to be used only as a secondary complementary service and only when integrated with an associated VSAT service provided by Pivotel. A Dynamic Shared Group (DSG) allows pooling of the monthly data allowance to all services in the DSG. A DSG must consist of a minimum of five services. All services in a single DSG must be activated on the same single common plan AND may consist of a mix of devices from Iridium Certus® 200, Iridium Certus®350 - 700 applicable Service Class(es) where allowable. There must be at least one 350-700 class terminal in the DSG when mixing with 200 class terminals in the same DSG. Services in a DSG inherit the attributes (data speed, usage allowance) of the plan the DSG is based on. A Grace Period of 3 months is provided to achieve the minimum 5 services for a DSG, thereafter the minimum monthly fee will be equivalent to 5 services in the DSG. DSG pooling will incur a 10% premium on monthly access fee and data overage. Prices are in AUD including tax and are subject to change. Minimum cost for standard monthly plan is monthly access fee x contract term. Minimum cost for DSG plan is DSG monthly access fee per service x number of services x contract term. Full amount of Annual Recurring Charge (ARC) is charged in advance upon initial activation and again recurring upon annual renewal of one of the Iridium Certus Maritime Annual Plans. Any overage data and voice usage will be charged monthly postpaid. Iridium Certus Maritime Annual Plans are not available on Dynamic Shared Group (DSG) and Maritime Dual SIM SSG pooling. You will receive a bill by email from Pivotel listing any payments you have made during the billing period, and a summary of your service usage to enable you to keep track of your overall service usage and monthly spend. You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pivotel bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill. Itemized billed and unbilled service usage is available in the secure Selfcare website at www.pivotel.com.au/selfcare. An itemised bill listing all of your service usage events is available on request. You may elect to receive a paper bill by post for an additional fee. Pivotel plans are available to credit approved customers only.
