Thuraya IP provides standard background IP services up to 444kbps. Thuraya IP Casual UL 144/15GB plan is speed limited to 144kbps. $100 connection fee applies to the Pivotel Thuraya IP Country-Plus and Casual plans (excluding the Pivotel Thuraya IP Casual UL 15GB and 30GB plans). Pivotel Thuraya uses the Thuraya Mobile Satellite Network. Satellite reception limitations and some exclusion zones apply. Prices include GST and are subject to change. Actual charges may vary on your statement as charges are rounded to the nearest cent before GST is included. IP data is billed in 100kB increments. 1 month minimum term applies to the Pivotel Thuraya IP Country-Plus and Casual plans. Visit www.pivotel.com.au/networks/thuraya/ for a coverage map. A compatible Thuraya IP Terminal is required to access the Pivotel Thuraya service (see terminal pricing). Pivotel may apply call barring where fraudulent use is suspected or for credit control purposes. You will receive a bill by email from Pivotel listing any payments you have made during the billing period, and a summary of your service usage to enable you to keep track of your overall service usage and monthly spend. Itemised billed and unbilled service usage is available in the secure Selfcare website at www.pivotel.com.au/selfcare. An itemised bill listing all of your service usage events is available on request. You may elect to receive a paper bill by post for an additional fee. Pivotel plans are available to credit approved customers only. The provision of the service will continue after conclusion of the minimum term of the contract unless you request, in writing, cancellation of the service.Minimum cost over 12 months is $3,600 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Country-Plus 150MB Plan, $7,800 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Country-Plus 500MB Plan, $10,560 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Country-Plus 1GB Plan, $15,360 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Country-Plus 5GB Plan, $28,200 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Country-Plus 15GB Plan, $33,600 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Country-Plus 30GB Plan. Minimum cost over 1 month (including one-off $100 connection fee) is $150 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Casual 5MB Plan, $185 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Casual 10MB Plan, $250 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Casual 20MB Plan, $450 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Casual 50MB Plan, $925 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Casual 150MB Plan, $5,500 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Casual UL 144/15GB Plan, $7750 on the Pivotel Thuraya IP Casual UL 444/30GB Plan. You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pivotel bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill.
