Pivotel is no longer providing inReach Explore service activations.
You can now arrange service activations directly with Garmin.
Pivotel has transfered inReach Explore services to Garmin
Pivotel recently agreed to transfer all Pivotel inReach Explore services to Garmin. (Tracertrak services not included).
As a result, all Pivotel inReach Explore services were disconnected on the 30th of September 2022 and will no longer operate. You can now arrange the reconnection of your device(s) directly with Garmin.
inReach services on Tracertrak are not affected
inReach services connected to Tracertrak are not affected by this change.
This change only affects consumer services that use the Garmin Explore portal and were sold by Pivotel between 2012 and 2017.
inReach Service Activation
If you have an inReach device that was previously connected with Pivotel and you wish to reactivate that device, you can now arrange activation directly with Garmin.
