We understand how frustrating the lack of reliable connectivity and coverage can be for Australians living and working in regional, rural and remote areas. With grant assistance from the WA Department of Primary Industries and Rural Development and support from the Facey Group and local farmers, we have built a number of mobile towers across Wickepin and surrounds.

As well as providing broadband Internet to homesteads, the Wickepin Pivotel 4G Network delivers coverage to farming areas, improving personal communications and safety, as well as enabling the connection of security cameras, sensors and other IoT devices to improve productivity across the farm.

Pivotel 4G services are available in selected areas on the Pivotel 4G Network.  Visit www.pivotel.com.au/our-networks/private-mobile-networks for a coverage map.  A service qualification and coverage check based on your service address will be conducted before your order is accepted.  The service qualification check is an indication that your chosen location is within a Pivotel 4G serviceable area, it does not guarantee that your location is 4G serviceable.  The Pivotel 4G Network is a data only network.  Emergency Calls are not available from this service.  Data speeds on the Pivotel 4G Network are variable.  Your speed will depend on a number of factors, including location, congestion, local conditions, hardware, software and general internet traffic.  Use of the Pivotel 4G service is subject to the Fair Use Policy.  The Pivotel 4G Homestead Service can only be used with a Pivotel supplied modem and external antenna installed by a Pivotel installer.  You must bring your own compatible handset to use the Pivotel 4G Mobile Data and PATT services.  Prices are in AUD including GST and are subject to change.  You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pivotel bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill. You will receive a bill by email from Pivotel listing any payments you have made during the billing period, and a summary of your service usage to enable you to keep track of your overall service usage and monthly spend. Itemised billed and unbilled service usage is available in the secure Selfcare website at www.pivotel.com.au/selfcare. Pivotel plans are available to credit approved customers only who agree to the plan terms and conditions including email billing and recurring payment via credit card.

Pivotel App for Talk and Text (PATT) services are available wherever there is an accessible data connection including the Pivotel 4G Network. Emergency Calls are not available from this service using the phone’s native voice service.  Emergency 000 Operator Services are available from the PATT App when connected via an IP Network to the PATT Network.  Customers dialling the Australian emergency call number Triple Zero (000) will be connected straight through to emergency services. Emergency calls made from outside Australia may require different numbers, please check with Pivotel Mobile Customer Care on 1300 882 448.  The PATT service may not be able to receive National Emergency Warning System (NEWS) SMS warnings. MMS, Video MMS, SMS delivery receipt, Video Calling, Calling Number Display blocking, Premium voice and Premium SMS services are not available on the PATT service. Use of the Pivotel 4G service is subject to the Fair Use Policy. Wickepin Pivotel 4G Network - Network Coverage

The Wickepin Pivotel 4G Network provides 4G Internet services to homesteads, 4G mobile data services suitable for use with handsets and tablets, as well as IoT (Internet of Things) services that are suitable for connecting devices such as sensors, cameras, weather stations, gate controllers etc.

A service qualification and coverage check based on the location you intend to use the services at will be conducted before you can order a service. The service qualification (SQ) check is an indication that your chosen location is within a serviceable area, it does not guarantee that your location is 4G serviceable.

The 4G Homestead service can only be used with a Pivotel supplied modem and external antenna installed by a Pivotel installer. Our installer will position an antenna on your roof and connect the antenna to your Wi-Fi modem within your homestead.
